Privacy

Claimly stores the claim on this server: passenger name, account email, booking reference, flight, the letter, the approval, and any file you upload as evidence. An email and password let you open the same claims on another device. Documents you upload are read to extract the itinerary and kept on this server. In mock mode they are not sent to a model provider. Before a public launch: a privacy notice, a lawful basis, retention limits, a way to export and delete, and a data-processing agreement with each provider.

Automated decisions

An AI model may read a document and always drafts the letter from the facts the rules engine produced. The eligibility decision is the rules engine, not the model. Filing happens only after an explicit approval. Every letter discloses the automation.
